Contact the SRU team¶
Note
Canonical employees: private messages and private channels are generally not appropriate for communicating with the SRU team, unless exceptionally you must communicate confidential information such as customer or partner specifics.
If you are involved in Ubuntu development, Canonical’s Ubuntu Engineering policy requires you to be available on the appropriate public Ubuntu development channels during your usual working hours.
If you don’t have upload access to the archive, ask your sponsor for help in the first instance. For details, see Sponsorship Process.
If you don’t have a sponsor, you can use the Ubuntu Patch Pilots Program. Ask a patch pilot in the following channels:
#devel:ubuntu.com on Matrix
#ubuntu-devel on Libera.Chat
The ubuntu-devel-discuss mailing list
If you do have upload access, you can contact the SRU team here:
#release:ubuntu.com on Matrix
#ubuntu-release on Libera.Chat
The ubuntu-release mailing list
